Payment on delivery
Buy it unseen. Pay when it arrives.
Selling a boat to a buyer three states away? Buying a dozer you have never seen in person? We hold the buyer’s funds while we transport the unit, the buyer inspects on delivery, and the seller is paid only after acceptance. One company handles the money and the move.
How it works
Five steps.
Nobody takes a blind risk.
Private sales of high-value vehicles fail on trust: the seller won’t ship before getting paid, the buyer won’t pay before seeing the unit. We stand in the middle and do both the money and the move.

FAQ
SecurePay Delivery questions.
Anything else? Call us — a real person answers.
How does SecurePay (payment on delivery) work?
The buyer sends funds to our secured account before pickup. We transport the unit, the buyer inspects it at delivery, and once the buyer accepts — or the inspection window ends without a dispute — we release the funds to the seller.
What happens if the buyer rejects the vehicle?
If the item is materially different from the agreed description, the buyer can open a dispute during the inspection window. Funds stay held while we review documentation and photos from pickup and delivery, and are released or refunded according to the signed agreement.
Who pays the SecurePay fee?
By default the buyer pays it, and it appears on the first invoice. Buyer and seller can agree to split it — tell us when you open the transaction.
How long can the inspection window be?
Between 1 and 14 calendar days, agreed by both parties before any money moves. If the window ends without a dispute, the sale is considered accepted.
Can I pay a deposit first and the rest later?
No. To protect both sides, the buyer deposits the full purchase price in one payment before we dispatch a truck.
Can I use my own carrier?
No. We only release funds on deliveries we handle ourselves — that is how we can confirm, with photos and tracking, that the unit arrived as described.
How do I know the seller really owns the vehicle?
Before pickup we verify the seller’s ID and proof of ownership (title, registration or bill of sale). If anything does not match, the transaction stops and the buyer is refunded.
What if the vehicle is damaged in transit?
Transport damage is handled through the carrier’s cargo insurance and is separate from the sale itself. The condition reports from pickup and delivery are used to document any claim.
When does the seller get paid?
As soon as the buyer accepts the unit — or the inspection window closes without a dispute — we release the funds, usually the next business day.
Can a dealer use SecurePay?
Yes. Many dealers use it to sell to out-of-state buyers who want the reassurance of paying on delivery.
