These terms apply to payment-on-delivery ("SecurePay") transactions handled by Dreckmans Auto Transport LLC (Dreckmans Auto Transport).
How a transaction works
1. Buyer and seller sign a written agreement describing the unit, price and inspection window.
2. The buyer deposits the full amount. We confirm receipt to the seller.
3. We pick up, document and deliver the unit.
4. The buyer inspects within the agreed window and accepts or opens a dispute.
5. On acceptance — or when the window closes without a dispute — we release the funds to the seller.
Rules
- Full payment in a single deposit; no partial payments.
- Transport must be performed by us.
- Seller identity and ownership are verified before pickup.
- Wiring instructions are never changed by email. Always confirm by phone at (800) 555-0199.
Disputes
If the unit is materially different from the agreed description, funds remain held while we review the photo reports from pickup and delivery. Funds are released or refunded according to the signed agreement.
